Shipping and Tracking

Your orders above 1000 TL or more are FREE SHIPPING to ALL TURKEY. For your orders of 999TL or less, the shipping fee is fixed at 89TL and will be added by the system at the time of order. Shipments made by credit card / money order are sent with Yurtiçi Cargo and Sürat Kargo (it can be others depending on the density and your request). Orders placed with Pay at the Door are only sent with Yurtici Cargo with +150TL extra. This may vary depending on the warehouse/brand where the products are located. If you request shipping with a different cargo, you can get information about availability and price.

Shipping Time and Delivery

We do our best to deliver your orders to cargo. In general, we strive to send your orders until 11:00 the same day. However, the delivery time to official cargo usually takes place within 1-3 working days. After the delivery of your products to the cargo, we inform you via SMS to the phone of the information you have given. We would like to remind you that, together with the cargo delivery, the cargo companies are responsible for the speed/slowness/distribution of your order in the process of reaching you.

Your orders are delivered to cargo within 1 to 3 working days. The product is delivered to the address within 24-48 hours of delivery. Extra delays etc. In such cases, you will be contacted and informed.
 
Order Status and Cargo Tracking

You can check the status of your orders on your “My Account” page on the site or you can get information by contacting us via [email protected]. In addition, you will be able to track your order with the cargo tracking code that will be sent to you via SMS or e-mail after it is delivered to the cargo. Please do not forget to check that your mobile phone number and e-mail address registered in the system are correct.
